I purchased a 2012 Colorado a few months ago from Tex at Martin Chevrolet and he has been the best in customer service! He has been polite and gone above and beyond at making sure we are satisfied with our purchase. If you're looking for a Chevy at Martin Chevrolet, ask for Tex!
I brought my car in to be serviced they did everything but the thing that they were supposed to fix. They call me and told me to bring their vehicle back but mine was not ready I had to wait an additional 3 hours. And they almost didn't do the simple fix that was supposed to be fixed. Until I started asking a lot of questions. I will never go back there to purchase or service my vehicle.

Tonight we purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon. It was the easiest vehicle purchase we have EVER made! Our salesman, Michael Ballard, was extremely professional, laid back, NOT pushy (like most of my car buying experiences have been like) and made the whole purchase painless! I would definitely recommend Martin GMC dealership and Michael if you are looking into a new vehicle!

While my 2011 Silverado diesel was in their care while being repaired the engine ran-a-way and in their word "blew up". They said that I would need to replace the engine and that would cost $12,000. They stated that I would have to pay that cost. They refused to accept any responsibility or cost. Is this the type of business you want to repair your vehicle.

Just want to say thank you to Michael Ballard for helping me with the purchase of my sons car. Michael was very good at keeping in touch and answering my questions over the phone before having to drive down. Everyone was very nice and It took only a couple hours . I would definitely recommend them and give them a chance at any future business I have.
