Bought a truck from Martin Chevrolet for my husband for Christmas, Big mistake going here! We were told the truck had a full inspection and only needed a new battery. The heat was broke, which they surprisingly fixed but charged us $100, then acted like they did us a favor. The radiator had 2 leaks.... We had that replaced at Crystal Lake transmissions, they were awesome, and said they get a lot of unhappy Martin customers. We do get a handful of customers who are looking for a less expensive vehicle so we keep our trade-ins that are a little older or have higher miles for this purpose. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Martin Chevrolet. I needed suspension work done on my 1998 Camaro... Like many car enthusiasts, I am careful with who and where the work is done.
