I would recommend not shopping with Chevy ever
I just was in there and bought a 2017 Chevy equinox. Just wanted to give a shout to Carlos his amazing this was my first car in my name. They gave me such a great deal on my trade in and worked with me on the payments. Perfect!!! Ed Mouton was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect truck. The truck was a gift for my husband and Ed went above and beyond to help me surprise him. Took care of my recall and included a multi point vehicle inspection at no charge. Service guys were excellent, even on a Monday after a Bears loss!

Great service! Brought my 2018 Malibu in for slow acceleration. They found an update that I wasnt aware of, provided my 1st free oil change and tire rotation through Chevy, and provided excellent service! Ice cold water bottle in the car upon arrival, clean vehicle, and a full report of my car upon pick up. I have experienced some of these things at other shops but never them all together. When you arrive, ask for Nick E. To work on your car!!!! A+ service!
