After being reassured and being pushed into a different vehicle by the Used Car salesman and being told he will personally make sure the car is in tip top shape and nothing wrong with it, the car is now sitting in your service department with costs estimated at $3,000 to fix and nothing covered under warranty. I will NEVER come to your place again and of course I'm telling everyone to steer clear of your family friendly business! Way to lie to a customer and double dip on them!
I decided to gift my car to my mother ( she was in need of a vehicle) for Christmas. So not only did Stephen over at Martin Chevrolet help me get myself into a new 2017 Chevy Cruze, he also helped prep (Detail) and also gift my current car ( 2011 Chevy Cruze) to my mother. Absolutely Great group of people over there. If you are looking for a new or used car I highly recommend stopping into the Martin Chevrolet dealership in Crystal lake, ask for Stephen!!!
I went to Martin Chevrolet to check out some cars to purchase. The salesman walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I test drove a few cars and was able to purchase my new car. Very helpful salesman. Love Martin Chevrolet.
