I think Martin Chevrolet has the worst Service Department I have ever experienced in all my years of owning cars. I had a recall to be done on my car. Called 2 days ago to make an appointment. Dropped my car off at 10:45 and said I would be gone for several hours. Received a message from Tom the Service Advisor, called him back and he says the part they had for my recall was broke (BS) and had to get another one from another dealership.
