We purchased a vehicle the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. Pretty sad that you when we got home after buying the car we had to wash and detail it yourself because it was done in a rush at the end of the shift before closing. The buying process was smooth however I called the next day to talk to our salesman who was off for the day so I was transferred to the voicemail of the used car sales manager. Had an oil change appt. for 3:15. It has been 1 hour 45 min and I had to ask where my vehicle is. ITS STILL BEING WORKED ON!!!!! For the love of god, please get some faster technicians. What is the point of an appointment if you don't go by it. Thanks for wasting my afternoon. If no stars were an option, you'd be getting one.
