Extremely rude!! I was interested in commercial property, the person on the phone completely dismissed my offer was unhelpful and made me hang up the phone… I Don’t recommend, extremely bad service.

We just leased a shop via Richard and the team at Martin Campbell and it was a great experience. They were professional, helpful and very patient. Most of the bad reviews may be from people who don't understand how commercial property works - it's massively competitive and from our experience, unfortunately agents don't have the time to deal with all the enquiries they receive for each site, as much as they would like to. Thank you Martin Campbell.
Despite the negative reviews, we reached out to the company for an office we liked. We worked with other realtors in the Mortlake-Sheen-Barnes area during this process, but no one was as unresponsive or difficult to reach as Richard from Martin and Campbell. Even though we wanted to rent 2 office units at the same time, they were unresponsive and slow, as if they didn't want to rent these offices to anyone. One year after my awful experience with this company and especially David Keates, I still cannot forget it. We put an offer for a shop, but David was very slow to response or return our calls. Total waste of my time. I wonder how people trust them with their properties.
