Despite the negative reviews, we reached out to the company for an office we liked. We worked with other realtors in the Mortlake-Sheen-Barnes area during this process, but no one was as unresponsive or difficult to reach as Richard from Martin and Campbell. One year after my awful experience with this company and especially David Keates, I still cannot forget it. We put an offer for a shop, but David was very slow to response or return our calls. Total waste of my time. I wonder how people trust them with their properties.
I want to rent a shop for a barber and they say that a barber cannot be opened here even though there is no barber shop around... Are you running a barber shop? How do you know that there is no need for a barber?
Just wanted to add to the negative reviews by saying that there is no response from this "company" after several emails and phone calls regarding my commercial property enquiry from David Keates.
All these negative reviews are true and make sense. I Made enquiry through their rubbish, cheap mobile unfriendly website didn’t get response after few weeks. I am a Tenant & Landlord I feel sorry for Landlords who giving them their properties to this unprofessional company to let or sale for them. Avoid this Estate Agent there are much better & cheaper, professional estate agents available within the area.
