Francesco was very personable and turned up when he said he would. He gave us great advice and talked everything through with us. But, above all, he was a great tiler. The job involved complicated cuts around a fireplace, which he completed effortlessly. We were very happy with the job he did for us and have no hesitation in recommending him.
