They made an unfair assumption of the ammount of money we would like to spend on a bedroom carpet.
Very good customer service buying carpets from Matt at Marshall’s. The carpet fitters, Paul and Ethan, were amazing. Clean, tidy, respectful and so helpful moving furniture as it was tricky having the whole house fitted with new carpets over 2 days. They were so polite. Highly recommend them.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Helpful advice in store and polite competent carpet fitters. Competitively priced products. Very pleased with the results.
