very disappointed in this agency as first year it started well, but after renew onwards it was awful. we lived there almost 4 years and every year they made an massive increase in monthly payments which by the end i had an increase of 500£ extra from first year. which is not acceptable for what that flat represents. and the agent called Angie was rude every time she approach to see the property. every month they have something to see and something to do in our flat which is made our privacy insupportable.
Highly recommend!! I recently completed the sale of my flat in Watford and was so pleased I chose to go with Rebecca and her team. Rebecca is very professional, friendly and approachable. She was always happy to answer any query I had promptly, which took a lot of the stress out by understanding the process. Rebecca kept me informed every step of the way. Make sure you take as many pictures and videos of the place you rent from them as soon you get the keys and also the last minute before you move out. I have a ton of them and I will use them.
I would give more and more stars for Dominic, for his competency,,,,but unfortunately my entire experience was worsened by majorly Angela Downes (property manager), never encountered such a manager before.
Only interested in collecting money from tenants, and lack honesty. Would advise you to seek another estate agent, and save yourself the headache.
