From the first communication with Marshall and Macintosh and throughout the whole transaction, until I finally moved into my new house, I have nothing but praise for the whole experience given by this firm and its caring, professional and capable staff, which made an extremely stressful situation very much more bearable. I asked for a quote. We arranged a date and time for somebody to come around the following week. Nobody turned up or called to say that the visit was cancelled. Called the office and it went to voicemail. 1 hour later, they call saying their internet was down - why that's relevant for an appointment, not sure... But the director of the company was amazingly rude about it. Wouldn't trust this company to be reliable and responsive whatsoever.
