Although originally referred to me by a local estate agent, sadly I cannot recommend Marshall Hatchick following what transpired to be a very poor experience with the purchase of a plot of land. During the transaction itself, my solicitor was often difficult to get hold of or get answers from. When I subsequently came to sell the land, I opted to appoint a different local firm, which was an entirely different experience.
