The doctor was OK, but they got greedy, and require a subscription now, more than$2,000 per year just to have the honor to go there, which is not covered by insurance. So, just a money grab. I had an appointment scheduled last year for this year for a physical, and they just told me I have no appointment. The staff there was always very unfriendly or professional. Need to find another doctor, an honest one, not greedy like this 'group'

Apparently, Dr. Marshak’s practice switched to a concierge service with little to no notice to his patients. I was there in December and no one told me that they were switching. There were no signs posted or pamphlets of information to pick up. There were no phone calls - automatic or normal. I received no letters in the mail. Apparently, two easy to miss emails were the only notice provided. I did not receive a notice in the mail that I was no longer a patient after the switch was made. Reception person at the from lacks professionalism. No follow up about test results. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Never saw on doctor, only nurse practitioner. Total lack of service and care. I will never go back. Find a doctor who cares and people that act like they want to be there. Some of the staff were fine but most are rude and don't want to be bothered.

I had seen Dr; Marshak twice within a 6-7 week period with no mention of my physical challenges being an issue. I had been in the hospital and rehab and was late to renew my driver’s license. Paperwork was sent for both me and my PCP to complete. On Wednesday, I called, On December 9, a letter waoffered to bring the paperwork in and wait for it (early December. when the mail slows) and there was a complete by date.. I was not happy with my yearly check. A very superficial physical examination. Their office is not well managed. It is so difficult to reach them as they hardly answer their phones and when you leave a message they do not return calls in a timely manner, if at all.

It's truly sad that I will have to leave this office. All the medical professionals are great (Dr., NP, etc.). Unfortunately the front desk staff is rude and out of control. I was in a car accident over the weekend and they made me wait 2 days for a follow-up after suffering multiple injuries. Ok I thought, they're probably busy that happens. I show up to my appointment after driving an hour to the office to be told that my appointment was 15 minutes ago @ 2:15 (it was not) and that it's 2:30. I apologized said I thought it ... read more

Very solid and knowledgeable guy. I have had some fairly complicated problems and he reacts well - like a decent, intelligent, humane person. He has humor, which is the key to a successful relationship with a doctor. I have noticed complaints about his office staff which may be justified but they are not going to treat you; Marshak is the doctor.

Terrible...The woman on the phone was just terrible. I cannot speak of the Doctor or his qualifications, though I heard good things...if you can get past the woman with the attitude, you might be in luck.
