The worst law firm ever. Started out at $3500 and is now $7000. Don't hire them.
Gerding was great for awhile. Then her boss laughed in my face about my felony accusations. They threatened to send me to collections after not waiting even 24 hours for a reply. Fake, unprofessional, rude. Save yourself thousands and a thousand headaches. Here is why lawyers have a slimy reputation.
Absolutely terrible experience. Kate Gerding is a good lawyer but, unfortunately, she works for very rude and mean people. I haven’t even been to a hearing yet and they’ve taken $1500 + a $250 monthly fee. When I called to inquire I was cussed out by Ms. Terry, threatened, and then she pulled Kate from my case. She’s a viscous spiteful jerk and you should absolutely NEVER use this law firm if you value your money, time, and mental health.
