I would never hire these people to touch my case ever again. I paid $600 for two cases. The first case I wasn’t as upset with the settlement. It was decent. I felt like they could do better But I let it go. I have another case for $1600. I paid them another $600 and the best offer they could get me was to takeoff 400 of the original debt and now I get an email saying they’re closing my case even though I paid them. They’ll never call you with an update. They only send emails and never explain anything thoroughly.
