Better communication with paralegals would be a plus. We have never met Richard West himself so far during our bankruptcy. I drop off papers asking for a phone to talk to someone and never receive one, we have to email back and forth to someone else.

Staff was always wonderful. My case got complicated but these professionals handled everything and helped me stay on track. There wasn't a question I could ask that wasn't important to them. When I went to court, I sat through 4 or 5 different hearings by different firms. All had problems and lasted what seemed a very long time.
