They were responsive whenever I reached out and provided updates when there were updates to provide. My issue was resolved with what I consider to be a reasonable settlement in what I thought was a reasonable timeframe considering the courts set the calendar, not the attorneys.

Not responsive, unprofessional. I booked a consultation, paid the consultation fee, called on time for the scheduled appointment. I then was told I was going to receive a phone call because team was still busy with another client. After that I never heard back. I followed up with phone calls, text messages and emails. I thankfully was able to dispute the charge but I would not recommend to even contact if they cannot even complete the consultation phase or have the courtesy to at least tell you if they are interested at all ... read more
