They were lovely on the phone to me when I was checking in on my grandma who has Dementia. Shes making friends, settling in and doing brilliant. Love and miss her so much. The woman I spoke to was amazing, kind, understanding and it’s such a stress free feeling knowing she is being cared for. Im just sorry I talked too much.. was just so worried about her and don’t want her ever thinking we have forgotten her. See you soon nan xxx we are sorting out days of the week for when we can come see you. Love you!!
