The housekeeper touched our belongings. We noticed she also forgot to put toilet paper in our bathroom. Our makeup was moved (all was in the bags thank goodness, we checked to make sure everything was there). So she was too busy with our stuff to see we were out of toilet paper. We found dry blood on our pillowcase, no free shuttle services, restaurants close at 9, and signage for a food court that doesn't exist. I would not pay to come back to this hotel.
Amazingly organized & efficient. Can't believe how the conference center fed so many people so well. Great place, rooms & pool were clean great burgers & drinks at the sports bar.
BIG, beautiful and friendly staff. Just put on your walking shoes- did I mention it's big?
Absolutely amazing the pools they gave me an excellent room !!!
Amazing atmosphere with great pool area! Little son was disappointed as you have to be 48" tall for any water slide which he was not. Beside of that really great but a little bit expensive as you have to pay almost for everything extra...
Very nice but prices for simple things like water is way too high.
No free WiFi. WiFi was $15 a day, for a convention center that's crazy.
Yesterday was the worst day, my family lost my mother while on vacation in Orlando. It was my family and my sister's family on the trip with my mother. We obviously needed a new place to stay while on our trip after my mom passed and I called Orlando World Center Marriott and they were so helpful and told me to come in and they would help get all 9 of us rooms. For as large as it is, it is well managed, food in the restaurants were very good and halls were quiet at night. The staff is extremely polite ! Pool and adjacent area very clean, lawn chairs well maintained and comfy. Nightly laser shows are fun. We did have to call maintanence to change out sensor batteries twice, and they had to anchor & caulk around the toliet.
