It's nice but everything is expensive. There isn't even free wifi?? And parking is outrageously expensive per night.

It was a awesome resort for me and my family never felt really welcome before. This was a very best resort to stay in. I really enjoyed the pool everything. I missed the resort already, but hope one day again i get to go to Orlando with my family again and for sure staying in this resort again, thats why i give it a 5 star to this resort. Thank you so much
It wasn't the greatest everything was over price and inconvenience the mini fridge was ridge to charge the room automatically if open . The front desk gave us the wrong information on checking in which left us waiting over night in the lobby
The room was clean and the staff was friendly and went above and beyond with service. Beautiful hotel with a world class pool. Cons would be that there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down to the first floor to use a microwave to heat some food. They also charge $14.99 per day for wifi. That was the first hotel I have ever been to that doesn't provide free wifi. They have restaurants on the property so they do not offer a free breakfast but the restaurants are very over priced. ($16 for a pancake breakfast). They ... read more
Great location, close to everything, but you really don't need to ever leave. There are watersides, a kids pool area, quiet pool and a huge pool with big screen tv's. And most important are the poolside wait staff! We will definitely be staying here again.
I was having a panic attack while my bestfriend and i were in the elevator leaving from our hotel after staying for from Haliday Matsuri.We were stuck for 10 minutes til elevator techs came up to help us(thanks guys��).Thats when Suzan threatened me with the ambulance to take me to the hospital.I was crying and freaking out but nothing violant.My friend and a random guy was calming me down.Til she threatened me again even though i was calm and okay.She just made me feel like we were a burden and was really bitchy.
