When I was booking my flight, hotel and car through Expedia I initially thought that was the amount I was going to pay for everything. Expedia did let me know that there will be a extra charge for the resort fee when we arrived. When I arrived I was informed not only do we pay a resort fee but also a daily parking fee. Wow that's another 200 dollars down the trash. I think it's ridclious I had to pay a resort fee and a parking fee when I was only at the hotel to sleep. I have read all these not so great reviews and we did NOT have the same experience. We had a great stay. All the staff were very friendly and nuce. Lenny was great at check in. We did a pool day and it was great. We would stay here again. We have 2 girls, 10 and 13.
We have stayed here many times and highly enjoy it every time. Yes, they nickel and dime you to death but it has never been promote as a budget hotel. The proximity to Disney and the other attractions is not matched.

I was there for an event; It was a nice place but it was so cold I was absolutely miserable.
Nice place. Little pricey on food (over cooked/incorrect temperature) drinks.
The entire experience from start was amazing. Started out with parking. Wait staff was fabulous. Food amazing. So hope they use your facility again for next years banquet.
