This facility is amazing. The service was impeccable. The golf course was amazing. The pools were fantastic. I highly recommend this facility. The convention center is very spacious, clean, new and exactly what we needed. The food was great.
The hotel and venues were lovely. The service was horrible. I'm a Marriott elite customer and have never had a bad experience until this one. My room was not cleaned for 3 days. I repeatedly called housekeeping, was told someone was on their way. The best reply was a plastic bag with toiletries for one day and a bottle of water. Snagged my own towels off the linen cart. Pulled the sliding door so I could go outside only to have the handle come off in my hand and a screw go into my palm. My bill for one night was around $500 ... read more
Very nice location. Staff was very courteous. Prices for meals were very high and food was soso.
This was the second time that I have stayed at the World Center and I have had a great experience both times. We were there for our company sales meeting and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. With the amount of people there, the staff was well trained and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to next year when we come back and if I ever come down to Orlando again, I will be staying at this resort.

Esta bien, sus instalaciones, en general Solo dos puntos ... Un solo bar... No es suficiente... Y es muy importante tener personal que hable español en puntos estratégicos... Ejemplo un hotel de esa categoría en cualquier parte del mundo debe tener en recepción personal bilingüe... El Starbucks cierra demasiado temprano ...
I was there for a corporate work conference. The hotel is beautiful. The food was great and the staff was fabulous. I recommend this resort.
