Basically held us hostage by holding holiday matsuri here this year. (Past years at caribe royal were awesome! I bring my son and one of his friends every year and I hang out at the resort and relax while they enjoy the convention . ) This year.... a room advertised online at $126 per night suddenly became $200 per night when you add in $23 per day parking, resort fee, taxes etc..... then, after paying $23 per night to park, we get back to the hotel at 115am after being at downtown disney, only to find they lock the gates in... read more
This place is really huge and has a heated pool it's really nice here.
Was there for a Sales conference, service and restaurants were exceptional
I will start with the positives. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front staff was very professional and nice! The housekeeping staff are some of the nicest people in your hotel and I hope you tell them how good of a job they're doing. However, this was not a great experience for me. First and foremost there were too many hidden charges that we were not told about when we booked the room. We were charged $23.25 a day to self park when we were only supposed to be charged $10.00. Parking was $ 23.25 for two hours. What a rip off !!!!!
The property is beautiful! The staff is the best! I had an awesome time and can't wait until my next visit!
Nice property - good set up for conventions. Parking rates(at $23) is above average for the convention centers in the area.
Beautiful facility. Has made my experience at the IHI Forum a great one.
Love this place... great atmosphere! The pool area is very nice with all that lighting effects. Definitely will be visiting again in the near future. 🌴🌞🌴
