This Luxury Hotel is beyond gorgeous or beatifullll. I didn't want to leave because it was Paradise!!
I've been here many times with different conferences over the past 20 years and the hotel staff seems to be not what it once was. Room and hotel cleanliness is lacking and some of the hotel staff come across as rude or indifferent to problems.
So well maintained! There is a beautiful pool, a great pool bar and it's close to Disney Springs and the Magic Kingdom. The shuttle to those attractions is very nice too. We will be back!

All I know iz that I sat by the bar for two hourz had to get up get my own drinkz while severz walk past me never once did they clean off my table r offer me n my guest for refillz n ask waz everything o k. My guest waz afraid to respond because she waz there on conference. N I pointed it out to her. But when one of her white friendz stopped by to say hi one sever waz about to come to table but stopped when they seen her walk away.
