Beautiful place to stay. They have many activities to enjoy. Only problem is the food and drinks are very expensive.
Property was excellent, both business meeting and personal vacation time. Servic at pool side restraint poor. Room could use microwave and a usable refrigerator, the refrigerator was stocked full of over priced items no room for us to keep anything cold.
I will never return to this property and maybe never to a Marriott. I had someone walk into my room while I was sleeping to only scare the shit out of me. It happened to be the house keeping lady past 8pm after I checked in. I do not expect this terrible level of service and management. What if I was not dressed appropriately or what if i had a heart attack seeing someone standing by my bed while I was resting. I give it a 3 because no matter how I adjust the ac in my room, the temp remains at 71 degrees---which is too hot for me in this 85% humidity. Don't be stingy, Marriott
The valet parking and the parking situation in this hotel is atrocious, unprofessional, unreliable, delayed, and just overall bad service over an hour-and-a-half wait for a vehicle. I really only attractive thing to this hotel is the pool and Recreation areas.
This is without a doubt the best hotel with the most comfortable beds ever.

The place is monstrously huge and is completely a resort unto itself. The swimming pool goes on forever and offers a lot for everyone: sun, shade, waterfall, peacefulness, etc. My room was on the 20th floor, 22033. I had a balcony with a view that overlooked Interstate-4 at the EPCOT/Studios location. Directly outside my patio was a huge, round vent. The first thing to note is the exceptional staff. We also had very good food. They had a full mini-fridge and snack tray in the room, which had obnoxiously overpriced stuff. The mini-fridge would have generated more guest satisfaction if I could have used it. Other than that annoyance, the room and bed were very comfortable.
