Great place ...little pricey but it's the World center.....I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and resorts....very nice place....very quiet most of the time !! I do like other marriot properties in the area over this one but 4 stars for me!!!
Over priced for no refrigerators in the room, no luggage racks to take luggage up and down from car to room, not given enough wash rags in rooms. Pools are nice but so many people leave towels all over and no one goes around to pick them up. Very disappointed with all of that with the price we had to pay to stay here.
What a great place had a awesome time nice rooms friendly staff awesome food awesome bars best place in Orlando by far. Just make sure you bring all your cash your going to need it lol.
Every single staff member I encountered was over the top with 5 star service!!! My visit started off with lost luggage and cancelled flights and driving a rental from Tampa to reach our Stella and Dot conference. Then on my check out day I left not only my cell phone but later discovered every piece of my jewelry had been left behind. Its a very Beautiful and Amazing place, the Staff here are very Helpful and Accommodating yet a little expensive i mean you almost have to pay for everything $27 dollars for Breakfast, High Speed Internet is $14 plus per day and not to mention how expensive it is to stay here by far one of the most expensive Marriotts Ever! But i will be back because the Hotel is Simply Amazing!
Initially I was going to write a bad review. I actually had wrote a bad review, but thanks to Walter M., at the front desk, I am now writing a good review. There were many issues this morning and this afternoon, since checking in here this morning. But about an hour ago my husband and I went downstairs and was lucky enough to meet Walter M. I think the grounds are great for kids plenty for them to do. I do have to say that the rooms are small and the food court is terrible. I did call down to the front desk a couple of times and they were very accommodating. I asked for a cot for my room and it came right up. I then realized the room was too small for one. I did leave here Everytime I wanted to eat which is a pain. The laser show was great and the pools are amazing. I would come again knowing that I have to do everything off the resort.
We loved our stay, we got lucky and had Disney fireworks view. We loved the pools, slides, kids splash area and you don't have to worry because there is a lifeguard on duty all the time and is not too deep for little ones. We were on North tower so parking was an easy task. My son felt like rock star inside the pool while the light show was on. We had a great experience we even made smores by the fire pit. Beautiful place, inside and out. Great pools and fast elevators. The valet attendants and bellmen are kind and helpful. Love the music and light show at night. The cave by the pool is awesome, almost feels like we're staying at a theme park. The views from the balcony and breezeways are pretty. I would happily stay again. Two thumbs up!
