The front staff we awesome and extremely accommodating. Excellent customer service including the bell service staff.
Everything was expensive and my wife and I wanted a room with a king size bed for our 4 night stay, they only had rooms with two beds. Not a huge deal initially but the staff was not helpful after multiple asks if they had any rooms with King beds. Would have been great if they said "we'd be happy to notify you" instead of rudely "we don't have anything". They also threw away a box I needed to ship some items that had stuff in it in our room! Amazing the best time of my life!!! Everything was perfect!
Numerous people each day at the Front desk were rude to us. They gave my husband and I a room with two double beds and we requested a king but they told us we were out of luck despite making the reservation months ago. We were booked to stay here many nights and their response was that many other guests are booked for numerous nights. I'm 5 months pregnant and already have problems sleeping and couldn't even sleep with my husband for all five nights. Do not Valet your car. I recently got my sunglasses stolen and this hotel does not take care of its theft issues.
Just wrapped up a five day stay for a business convention. Wonderful service, beautiful hotel and an awesome staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Highly recommend this resort for business and/or pleasure. Can't wait to come back for a vacation that is not work related!
I'm Speechless! Awesome Awesome place to stay in Orlando! For 5 Consecutive years of going back and forth in Orlando and this is the only place in the world I found...'PARADISE" Nowhere else!
The property is great, especially the pool area...the front desk and concierge(s) are very helpful and plesent, The only thing I didn't like is the price of the food - it's not that I am cheap, but the quality per price do not match.
What a mess. I walked 15 minutes to my room towing extremely heavy luggage and completely exhausted from delayed flights and a rough day. Room key didn't work so I called for help rather than take the trek to the front desk. Twenty minutes and two security guards, one on segue, later my door is opened. Then they want to fix the lock while I wait at 10:40 pm. Never, ever again will I stay here. Can't even leave the room for breakfast as the key doesn't work. Never EVER again!!!!!
