Absolutely the worst convention experience of my life. Told no parking. Given a piece of paper and told to drive 11 miles to Kissimmee and take a cab back. Avoid avoid avoid.
Trying to book a group reservation has never been so difficult. It's almost like you don't want my 9 rooms, 18 spa services and fine dining reservations.

An absolute amazing family vacation! From the moment walking in, myself, my husband and children were amazed at how beautiful the place was in person. Jane at the front desk was very lovely and cheerful. Her customer service skills made us feel even more happier then we could have been by her warm welcoming and lovely smile. Our room was amazing and the pools were stunning! My kids, husband and I did not even want to leave this place daily to even go to LEGOLAND and Disney World. This is my favorite hotel in Orlando. The golf course is awesome.
We had an amazing time.. The staff was great I enjoyed the restaurants and the location is perfect. The pool area is awesome, kid friendly, live dj my daughter had a blast.. I would recommend this hotel for any family vacation..
