I have lived here for 1 year amd am signed up for one more. I love it here. I feel safe and the maintenance team is outstanding and so so friendly...as is the office team as well.
Great place to live. I'm just pissed that my water has gone out three times without even an email saying it would be out. Fix your problems!
Love living here but management does not care about their residents. I was stung 20+ times by yellow jackets while walking my yorkie in the dog area. He was stung three times. My foot and entire leg was extremely swollen and was not able to go to work for a couple of days. I was told by doctors I was extremely lucky I did not go into anaphylaxis and may if I get stung again.! I told the manager and she laughed when I told her. I loved living there and the staff was very professional up until the conclusion of my time living there. Upon informing the staff that I intended to break my 12 month lease 6 months early, they told me that if I was able to find a replacement tenant within 60 days they would not charge me the $1500 early termination. I spent lots of time and effort for weeks advertising the apartment, but when I finally had a gentleman come into the office ready to sign for it, they turned us both away saying they had already leased my apar... read more
I would give them zero stars if possible. I have never disliked a place so much. The management is terrible.
Very poor experience since the day we moved here. Was not move in ready and it took weeks for everything to be resolved. Ps they will make you pay for charges even after deposits. We never got a check list for move put. They will take advantage of you. We moved in and one of our windows was leaking so badly it was like a waterfall when it rained. It took them well over a month to fix and they would not make adjustments to our rent for that month. I'm not even going to talk about the maintenance department or lack thereof. Pl... read more
