Simply because the property management is horrible.
I hav lived here a little over a year now and has been okay until now. I’ve had multiple maintenance requests unanswered, nice have gotten In our garage through an opening that yes yet to be sealed off. Pest control has not been called out and they were notified over a week ago. Our dishwasher is very old and does not drain. I called the leasing office today and the consultant hung up in my face. I now see why so many people are moving away.
I have lived at the cascades for about 6 months and I love it so far. The staff is very nice and helpful and the amenities are wonderful. The two gyms are both better quality than you get with most apartments and having the sauna/ hot tub is a game changer. I went through the leasing process with Rudy Plaza who I strongly recommend. I have lived here for two years now. It is a very lovely community with so many things to offer. The staff (especially P.J.) is very helpful and has always made sure I love where I live. The amenities offered are very enjoyable and easily accessible, as well as far superior compared to any apartment complex I've ever lived. The maintenance staff has always been very timely with requests and get the tasks done without wasting any time.
This is our second year renting at the Cascades and we definitely enjoy it! One of our favorite places. Ever since CWS Apartments took over there have been so many improvements to the look and just the atmosphere all together. Definitely recommend!
Such a good living experience! All of the amenities are a huge plus as well. Everyone is so helpful and will go above and beyond for you regardless of the situation. Ask for Pj!!! He’s phenomenal
