Orion at the Cascades is a horrible place to live! Moving when lease ends. Cheaply built and highly priced. Staff is rude. Maintenance is horrible at their job...WHEN they actually do their job. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! 0 stars if possible!
Think twice, visit, and ask many questions before taking the plunge. I moved here from out of state for a job and decided on this location because when I called the police department and asked which of the three locations I had narrowed down to would they put their parent in I was referred here. It is somewhat secluded, no/low crime, spacious, and comfortable. Cell reception is horrible inside the buildings here with the exception of a few carriers. Personally hadn't lived there but my daughter lived there and in the two years she lived there she had one apartment flooded, the next apartment sprinkler system leak and A/C that took 6 weeks to repair. Looks great from the outside but renter beware you might want to increase your renter's insurance.
Maintenance is terrible. Day three without hot water
It is probably the best apartment living Tyler has to offer...I have not had a single problem out of staff or having things fixed... The stay here has been wonderful....
