Great staff, great... (Verified Renter) Great staff, great apartment layout, great community, great neighborhood. The leasing office was a little tricky to find, though, and we were not the only ones with that problem on the day we visited.

It seems like... (Verified Renter) It seems like maintenance has become less important. Other apartment complexes in the area will have their requests addressed within a day or two, and mine took almost a week. Also, there is no communication as to when they expect to be coming by to complete the work. Better communication would make the experience a lot better.

So far, I... (Verified Renter) So far, I think Lincoln Properties is far superior to all management companies that I have rented from before. The level of detail and consideration for tenants is incredible. I love living at Savannah.

The amenities are... (Verified Renter) The amenities are not up to date for the price point. There are very few community events. The maintenance men are very nice but it takes them over 3 times to finish some jobs. There normally just paste over the problem without really fixing it.

Based on the... (Verified Renter) Based on the maintenance team, I would highly recommend Savannah. The team is courteous, polite, and always friendly. They always follow up in a timely fashion. My last maintenance request regarding AC was not addressed for a few days, but when Augie arrived, he was genuine and said the request didn't populate and he did not see it.
