This is absolutely... (Verified Renter) This is absolutely a gem of a community. Jolly and friendly leasing staffs and maintenance staffs. Properly ventilated and lighted apartments and close vicinity to walmart/target, gas station and perimeter mall. And from security prospective close proximity to dunwoody police station.

Having Dunwoody Police... (Verified Renter) Having Dunwoody Police in your backyard screams 'safe' to me. Not only that, I love the area; although traffic is atrocious coming home.
DO NOT LIVE HERE After only 12, long and frustrating, months, I finally get the pleasure to move out of Savannah at Park Place. I ask, please live any where else besides here. Under a bridge or in the McDonalds across the street would probably be a better option. For starters, the staff here do not care and are extremely rude. I'm amazed they are able to find people who could not care this much about their residents and who are, simultanousely, always this rude. Bugged Out I’m writing this review a whopping five days after signing my lease. While unpacking I opened a kitchen drawer, and there was a German roach waving back at me. I immediately sealed my boxes back up and decided that I would contact those in the leasing office first thing in the morning. When I called the office, the leasing professional I’d worked with, William – who is no longer with the company- seemed to be shocked and said that they haven’t received any complaints about roaches being in or around my unit.
