A common parc... (Verified Renter) A common parc or play area for kids would have been a great addition. there are some places in the community where the facility can be added if management wants.

It is clean,... (Verified Renter) It is clean, quiet and the apartments are larger than in nearby buildings. The staff is friendly and I felt they were flexible and really tried to solve problems vs. quoting the rules.

I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because I've been here going on five years. When you live somewhere that is comfortable and you get to know some of your neighbors (although my whole floor is filled with new people) you'd want to continue that.
