Verified Renter I have not lived here for too long so far, but for the short time I have been here, everything has been great. My move-in went very smoothly and I have not had any issues with the apartment thus far. I did see a bug today, so hopefully pest control will come around sometime soon.

Do you like the smell of trash & roaches? Moved in January ‘25, similar to the other review, roaches throughout the entire building, every floor & every tenant has them. Don’t let anyone try to convince you they don’t exist because they do, you’ll easily be buying your own pesticide & bait to keep them them short but that isn’t a permanent solution as the entire building has them and for some reason the pest control service offered does nothing more Han address your room and say “there is no major activity” instead of bombin... read more

Review on Marquise at Waterview We lived there for five years, and the costs were terrible. They had pest control pick up garbage five days a week and charged us about $30. If you had any problem, maintenance would take more than a week to fix it. The charges for houses built 40 years ago were extremely high, and they didn’t address residents’ inquiries about discrepancies in the charges. The only thing they relied on was their own documents.

The amenities are ok but definitely needs some work. While there is only one stick to play pool with which is on its last leg. The foosball table has missing pegs to play.
