The staff are all lovely & great with all types of animals. Everybody is highly skilled & knowledgeable. From the nursing assistants on reception to the nurses & vet's themselves, everyone works really hard & are absolutely dedicated to the animals in their care. Our dogs are usually excited to see their vet's. I think that's absolutely worth 5*s! Thankyou so much to all the ladies we saw today, we really appreciate you all!
Positive - always quick to see you. We've always managed to get in on the same day. Negative - expensive, but then perhaps that's the same for all vets? Consultation is circa £50 and then whatever they prescribe on top of that.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to our lovely vets – they’re always so friendly and make you feel completely confident in the care they give to your pets. It’s such a relief knowing your furry friend is in good hands! Plus, their monthly payment schemes are brilliant – makes staying on top of pet health care so much more affordable.
