I had a wonderful deep tissue massage that left me feeling so much better than when I walked in! Great communication - confirmation message received plus a reminder shortly beforehand about where to find the business and what to do on arrival. Wonderful scents too, highly recommend.
New up and coming beauty therapist trained to a high level. Based in the Custard Factory. Clean modern salon. Specialises in nails, massage, facial waxing and facials. I came with my daughter to have her nails done and I'll be back for my shoulder massage next week.
I'm so glad I found this service! I've been having regular massages with the lovely Amani and always leave fully relaxed and refreshed. I recently got my nails done by her too.. so happy!
I had a terrible experience at Marnis Healing Hands. I scheduled a massage but never received any confirmation about the appointment time. I tried calling multiple times throughout the week, but my calls were completely ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and it made me feel completely disregarded as a customer. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience, but instead, I was left frustrated and disappointed.
