Freddie and Mellissa did an amazing job selling our house. I texted Melissa and they came out the same day to look at the property and tell me what I needed to do to make it more appealing to buyers. The house was listed for one week and we had an offer and closed within 5ish weeks. The whole process was really easy (other than the work we put in to make it show ready lol). Would definitely recommend or use them again. Melissa was really personable and Freddie was great.
Freddie and Melissa were absolutely amazing to work with when I recently sold my home and bought a new home. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions along the way. They were always happy to show me the homes I wanted to tour, many times on short notice. I feel so blessed to have met them and had them assist me through this entire process. I highly recommend them whether you are selling or buying a home.
I must say that it was a very fast and efficient process. The attention that Freddy and Melissa had was great, always responding immediately. If you are looking for a house, do not hesitate to look for them, they are the right ones.
Freddie and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate and loans. Their mortgage programs are significantly better than what my local banks offer. Overall, it's a pleasure to work with Freddie.
