We had a leaky balcony floor which needed a new EPDM floor, floor boards, a gutter downpipes relocating, lead flashing and a lead outlet for the water to drain away. I phoned 11 roofers to quote, many promised to come but didn't, some did come and never quoted, some frankly arrived and talked a load of rubbish. After having a leak in our roof we got several quotes and by far marly roofing were the best very polite and talked through everything with me that needed to be done as I didn't know alot about roofing very professional and done the job and was so happy with the work carried out would highly recommend them and there team thanks for a great job

Zanda undertook three jobs for me. He was friendly and soon inspected the tasks and provided estimates for each one. After those were accepted he didn't keep me waiting long before tackling each of them. As far as I am able to judge, my impression is that they have all been done to a good standard. If any more roofing jobs crop up, I will happily approach him again.
