Visited this clinic today 1st time with my mother, went to reception, lady was quite rude, i just showed her the letter to confirm if i was at the right place bcos i went to Royal free main hospital before this and very kind lady show me the directions to come here, all i wanted to confirm if i was in the right place, she wasn’t even looking at the letter and very rudely talking to me why am i showing her the letter when she asked me to take a seat. Not happy being here There was a man wondering about the clinic Opening door checking I couldn’t see no one in the half hour that I’m been here Very scared!! And upset! B
Booked an appointment four weeks in advance for 13.20. Arrived at 13.00, was seen at 14.10 Did not expect such a long wait. 50min wait is usually at the walk-in centres. Don't understand why I had to book an appointment in a first place, if people who were in a que first, were seen first. Timing definitely has to improve. Until then will have to find another clinic with more convenient times. Shame!
The receptionist isn't the most confidential e.g. asking what you're there for very openly Infront of reception (at my local they have a sheet for you to point at to communicate) However, the lady that fitted my coil was so so so prefessional and good at her job that the process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend a coil fitting here if you would like one.
