Arrived at 12:35 to register was given a form to fill out when I’ve filled them out, I’ve been told they are going for meeting no mention of when it will be over. Wait for an hour to then ask and was told the meeting was 1pm to 6pm I was clearly not okay and to not be told or given a heads up the meeting was for hours was VERY inconsiderate. receptionist not having a clue and cant understand , sms notifications day before reminding about appointments not bbeing sent ,so missed appointments,and marked down as failing to attend, when challenged they say nothing, some people happen to have memory problems
Worst surgery over all, I am. Booked my appointment for 10:20 AM but ieven after 1 hour there was nothing for me, unprofessional staff, no communication at all, Inrequeat NHS to take action against these kind of dodgy surgeries and find better people for the job, absolutely waste
