receptionist not having a clue and cant understand , sms notifications day before reminding about appointments not bbeing sent ,so missed appointments,and marked down as failing to attend, when challenged they say nothing, some people happen to have memory problems
Worst surgery over all, I am. Booked my appointment for 10:20 AM but ieven after 1 hour there was nothing for me, unprofessional staff, no communication at all, Inrequeat NHS to take action against these kind of dodgy surgeries and find better people for the job, absolutely waste
Sudha is so amazing and has been helping me. Sudha actually listens and responds with compassion, and lot of knowledge. Sudha is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable and has become a life line for me.
Dr Sunda Gandhi has been a tremendous help to me since we started having our weekly sessions
