Repair and adjust garage doors. Our 22-year old garage door stopped working when both cables came off the pulleys. Markham came within 24 hours, replaced the main spring and adjusted and lubricated everything. They even did a tune-up on my second door at no charge. I would definitely recommend Markham to anyone!

Garage Door maintenance I called just to do a yearly maintenance on the door, garage door opener, etc. Ernie called before he came-a bonus! Fixed a few issues with the door, and found that the battery backup to our garage door opener was dead and probably has been for years ! Fixed it. Very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy! Love the service.

Great service, fast and efficient... reasonable price. I called on a Friday afternoon regarding my garage door opener that wasn't working. Ernie was at my house within the hour. The unit needed to be replaced and was installed two days later by Ryan. Both Ernie, Ryan and the office staff were great to deal with.

Garage Door installation A very professional and efficient process from the initial phone call for replacement and installation of garage doors. Kevin was quick to respond and detailed with the quote and process of the job. Avery was polite, on time and efficient with the installation of 2 garage doors. There was an unexpected issue with the motor that Avery dealt with at no extra fees. Overall we are extremely satisfied.

Quality workmanship at a reasonable price I asked Markham Garage Doors to take a look at my door which needed some general maintenance. Ernie came and spent quite a bit of time replacing the springs and cables, tighened and lubricated all the parts and adjusted the garage door opener. He didn't rush his work and he triple checked everything. I'm very handy myself and know a bit about this and could see Ernie was a professional with garages. Excellent Garage Doors & Capping Fantastic Job!! I recently bought 3 doors from Markham Garage Doors and also had them do the capping. I dealt with one of the owners Kevin, and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and came to see me a few times to make sure I was confident about what I was getting. The service and followup was far superior than the other companies. Garage Door Opener Service Call Called in some help getting my new garage door opener working. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They sent out a technician within a few hours and were able to get everything working within 20 minutes.
