Old door needing major service I called Markham Garage Door to service a really old door on my house. They sent Ernie from the company. Let me tell you he had his work cut out for him with how bad a shape my door was in. He took the time to fully service the entire door and install my opener, and made it run like a new door. I was absolutely amazed at the effort he put in to make sure everything worked 100% and he took no shortcuts. I would definitely use this company again should I need service elsewhere.

New Door Opener & Cable replacement We had great service from Markham Garage Doors Ltd. on two separate occasions. Ryan replaced our noisy, old garage door opener with a quiet Liftmaster. More recently, Ernie came to install new cables because our old one snapped and the pins were rusted. He also repaired the bottom rubber guard without us even mentioning it. Great Service I have hired Markham Garage Doors to install new doors and openers in two of my homes. I recently had an issue with my Richards-Wilcox (RW) doors (which I really like). Chris came to examine the issue and contacted the RW rep. The RW Regional Manager came to look at the issue. It was all resolved quickly and efficiently with no cost me. Double garage door service I received an excellent service from this company. They were prompt in answering the quote request and all my questions. They showed up in time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Replacement of the broken spring, as well as the cable replacement went smoothly. If needed, I would not hesitate to request their service again.

Garage door won't open Got a new house and one of the garage door doesn't work. I thought the opener needs to be replaced and asked Markham Garage door to come over for a replacement. They came right on the appointment time and start inspecting my old garage door opener right away. And the technician found some wiring (or spring) issue. The best service and affordable My garage door recently broke down and couldn't open because of a broken spring. Chris in Garage Doors LTD gave me an affordable price to fix it and it has been working fine ever since. Also John of LTD was very polite in explaining as to how Garage doors work. He was on time too. I recommend both of them if you choose to pick this company. They are honest and also serves quality customer service. If you ever need a garage door fixed or changed, they are the ones to go to!

All fixed! Our support wood broke after our hatchback door clipped on to the garage as it was opening. In the same morning, Ernie came over and with a few minutes fixed the issue and readjusted the door. He was extremely professionally, punctual, and knowledgable! Thanks for all your work!

Garage Door Opener Installation Another great experience with Markham Garage Doors. They installed a new garage door for me a few years ago and were great so when I needed a new opener, I called MGD. As previously, a price was given on my first conversation with Kevin. Install date arranged and Chris showed up right on time. Fast, friendly and efficient.
