Great service! We had a door that had a broken spring for an embarrassingly long time, it had just been sitting. Markham Garage Doors fixed that and installed an opener. Ernie was amazing! Very friendly and professional. Even though the door (and our garage, and the dumpster in the driveway) gave him a harder time than he was expecting, the final cost was as quoted. I would definitely recommend using them!

garage door repair Garage door stopped working. I called Markham and spoke with Chris. He guessed the problem on the phone and made sure Ernie had the correct parts on his truck. The door was repaired the next day. Fast, friendly, compete repair at a reasonable price.

Garage door won't open (Edited to remove anonymity) Unknown cost of repairs was the reason we waited 4 months to make the call to have someone diagnose the problem of a garage door not opening even though the motor was running. Great Service on a Cold Day Needed to simply replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door at a rental property. Ernie phoned in the morning and when he found out I was waiting for him, he came over quickly. Not only did he do the job but also did a quick door lubrication... Job was done start to finish in less than 30 min. Normally a DIY job but for this price and in this weather, it was worth it to have the pros do it.

Kind, reasonably priced and professional work Just had 2 springs replaced on my garage door. Ryan called before he arrived, was very friendly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Great Job fixing garage door frame We damaged the aluminum capping in our garage door frame when backing out of the garage. I called Markham Garage doors to fix (since we had also used them for installing our garage door a few years back). As expected they showed up on time and did a great job replacing the capping - it looks as good as new again!

Broken Garage Door Spring / Opener We had an issue with the garage door spring & opener. I called Markham Garage Door at 10 AM and had the technican by 11:30 AM. The opener, spring and bolts were replaced in an hour. We are very pleased with their quote, efficiency and service.
