garage door spring replacement Dealing with MGD Ltd. was a very positive experience from beginning to end. I called, got a quote which I thought was quite reasonable, and within 2 hours Avery came over and did an excellent job installing a new spring. Now the door is as good as new. Garage door repair This is a great company to deal with, from sales person, Louis, to technician, Ernie. They are all professionals. Called in Monday and had my Garage door fixed this morning, (Tuesday), by Ernie. Couldn't be more happier for the whole service.

Replaced garage door cable I needed a garage cable replaced as one side of my garage door was not resting on the ground. They were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and I was highly satisfied. I would use them again and recommend to friends.

Very Professional Repair We called Markham Garage Doors Ltd. when the Gear Kit Assembly of one of our door openers was broken. Ernie W. showed up within a few hours of our call, replaced the broken Gear Assembly in a very professional and efficient manner, with most welcomed advices on lubricating and maintaining the proper functioning of our garage doors. Overall Experience It is, often, quite daunting undertaking any kind of reno/remodeling project but that has not been my experience with Markham Garage doors. The pre and post sales process was smooth and seamless. The care and attention to detail pre install along with the preparation advice was excellent. The installer was friendly and efficient, an altogether nice guy.

Excellent, timely service! Our garage door suddenly stopped working properly last week. I called Markham Garage Doors and had an appointment set up for service within a few short days. John arrived today within the given timeframe and was terrific! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had everything repaired within an hour. I highly recommend Markham Garage Doors!

Single Torsion Spring Change I can't recommend these guys enough. I had called around four or five spots and submitted pretty verbose details (voice mails and website forms) on the issue. I gave them a call after hours and they were ringing my phone bright and early the next morning. Ernie called a couple times but I didn't get back to him through the day.
