Garage Door Repair I had an issue with my garage door cable. It broke on the weekend. I called 3 garage door companies and to my delight Markham Garage Doors was the only company to call me back on the Monday morning. Replace broken opener My garage door opener broke in mid-January. Since it was 27 years old it seemed that a replacement was appropriate and I also decided that it might be a good time to replace my solid door with a sectional. Quick, Efficient, and Effective Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful in providing service immediately. Ernie came and was friend, and very professional. All I needed was part of the garage track replaced. He did not recommend more than required and completed the service with added value improvements. Very good job. Quick, efficient, and effective.

Cable Replaced Called in at 10 a.m and service man came in the afternoon. Replaced broken cable and two others that were about to go. Checked over everything. They were great. Glad they were able to come so quickly. Would use them again. Thanks

Replaced garage door hinges A few of our garage door hinges snapped unexpectedly over the weekend and put our garage door out of service. I had concerns that the garage door panels had warped and would need to be replaced. Fortunately, Chris answered my call and said he would send someone over to try to repair the hinges and we could determine at a later date if we felt the door needed to be replaced. garage door Had new automated garage doors installed about 8 months ago. One of the doors was not closing smoothly. Markham doors responded right away and sent John F. the next week to correct the issue. John was very thorough with checking all possibilities out. Found the problem and corrected it plus lubricated and oiled where needed. John was very polite and professional and phoned ahead to confirm his arrival time. Excellent service.....highly recommend.

Broken cable fixed quickly Ryan did an awesome job, efficiently and professionally. Door was fixed within 24 hours, even with all the Covid-19 restrictions. They even left without getting paid and emailed me the invoice later.
