It started bad and got worse. The day we moved in the house smelled of dog urine and they said they will have to "check the file" before taking care of it. When I was leaving the property they tried to charge me an extra months rent. They kept a large portion of my deposit that I filed a lawsuit for and won. They have yet to pay up over 60 days later
My husband and I sold our home today using Marketplace homes. The service that we received was impeccable until our real estate agent Christina Ishigami never called to congratulate us or inquire about the closing. Hopefully, no other sellers/homebuyers will experience the same lack of interest and support from a real estate agent through Marketplace Homes on their special day like we did.
I would like the company to know that Linda Bonell Is the best If i could give her 20 stars I would. She is my Property Management and I have never lived in a place that they actually care. Even though it is her job to make sure the property is is taken care of but she really do more than that. She makes time to make sure I have everything that i need.
