I'm a property owner. Pros: This company will handle most service calls in a reasonable timeframe and provide a helpful exit inspection with upfront criteria for releasing or using deposit funds. Cons: This company will take funds from both the owner and tenants with little to no benefit. Examples: - $1,000 advertising fee for owners who DON'T USE ADVERTISING from Marketplace homes and find their own tenants, so $1,000 for nothing. -$50 'resident fee' for tenants for a benefits package that tenants would apparently n... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I trusted them with the home I lived in for 8 years. Never had one police call or hostile incident. After renting to MPH and their subleased tenant my home was shot at. MPH tried to blame it on the neighborhood, however no other house was involved and or shot at. I asked the immediate neighbors and the detective assigned to the case and they did not confirm any violence, gang activity or random shootings in the area. I just called to speak with this office. First person I spoke with didn't even give a professional greeting. Got offended when I asked where I was calling (to confirm I was contacting the company I needed to communicate with.) Then I asked for a fax number, was put on hold, then hung up on. I immediately called back and someone else answered. I, once again, asked for a fax number and was told that they didn't have one and was offered an email address as well as the name of the person who manages for the state of New Jersey. ... read more

The process to list and market our home for lease was absolutely seamless with Alexis! She had great marketing verbiage, pictures were fantastic and her virtual staging was wonderful. We had so much going on with the move to another house and she made this part of the process so easy for us and we are incredibly thankful for her!

I wish I could put a ZERO for this company. They obviously don't train their employees well, specifically ELYSE SARNECKY. She didn't know the rules and covenants of a rental property we are renting from them. It has put my family in a huge bind. TERRIBLE company with ZERO accountability.

The worst management company ever. Don't walk - RUN away. They will repeatedly violate their contract with you - you think you have a legal contract with them? Doesn't matter. Count on having to hire a lawyer for protection.
