I just called to speak with this office. First person I spoke with didn't even give a professional greeting. Got offended when I asked where I was calling (to confirm I was contacting the company I needed to communicate with.) Then I asked for a fax number, was put on hold, then hung up on. I immediately called back and someone else answered. I wish I could put a ZERO for this company. They obviously don't train their employees well, specifically ELYSE SARNECKY. She didn't know the rules and covenants of a rental property we are renting from them. It has put my family in a huge bind. TERRIBLE company with ZERO accountability.

STAY FAR AWAY. If you could give a negative number, I would! This place is horrendous! We are fighting with them over a fraudulently filed non payment of rent lawsuit that they filed against us. They filed it because MarketPlace's financial department failed to accurately debit our bank account for the correct amount of rent for our house. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Karen, from Marketplace Homes! Everything, from start to finish dealing with them has been simple and stress free. I will absolutely be dealing with them again in the future, if needed. Very professional, prompt, straightforward and honest. Everyone I have spoke with when calling has been generally very pleasant, and I encourage anyone to at least give them a call and see what they can do for you!

This company sucks! They managed 2 different properties in 2 different states and the service was terrible. The only thing they did fast was take their fees. In my opinion if you loose money because your tenants don’t want to deal with them or small repairs turn to major problems because no one tock responsibility to follow threw regardless of how many calls or emails you send is not worth it. Marketplace homes /Leslie Owens We used this company to rent out our home and was surprised how unprofessional the team when it came to rent handling for our tenants. Every month it seemed we had an issue with rent, hoping we could depend on market place homes to rectify the issue, but they never did, in fact they would make things worst. Who collects rent and holds on to it for 15 days before forwarding it to our bank account.!?! We basically paid this company to collect the rent. We had to do most of the managing of the property because they treated our tenants like second rate citizens. We nearly lost great renters because of this company. There was a leak in an upstairs bathroom and their repair man spray painted the ceiling and put industrial molding along the bathtub. Unless you have a trashy looking rental, the repair work will not live up to your standards. They never did an inspection in three years. I can go on and on but it's not worth it.... read more

I’m sorry but as it currently stands, I have to disagree with previous reviews and say this has been a very nice experience dealing with Marketplace homes. A few hiccups in the beginning of the process but things are susceptible to human error in this life. The home is very clean and very well kept. Perfect for first tome home renting in my personal experience. I look forward to continuing my contract with them if my life permits. Thank you to the staff and particularly Carol Fedak! Amazing!
