Attended an early appointment today(Friday) to have a surgical wound looked at as it was leaking a green fluid. Had new dressing applied and was told there is no infection but if it gets worse to contact them. I contacted them in the afternoon as pain had got worse, still leaking green fluid and the dressing had come off only to be told, we can’t see you, there are no appointments left you will need to go to Louth. How am I suppose to do that when I’m not allowed to drive after having surgery. Their response was get a taxi. ... read more

Appalling service. Receptionist made me late due to no one being at the front desk for over 20 mins!! It took me over an hour to get to the appointment from work. No wonder everyone is off sick from work when the surgery operates like this. Lazy lazy receptionist.

Never had issues with a GP before but they’ve been consistently terrible. They have on multiple occasions advised things which we have later found out were not even available to NHS patients. My wife was even given another patient’s medication whilst she was 14 weeks pregnant. We only found out over a week later after they called to ask what medication she had been taking. It could have quite easily been a catastrophic scenario for her and the baby. They practice pretty much closed ranks on the entire incident and brushed it... read more

I’ve only ever had positive experiences with this GP! Quick responses using the ASKmyGP form and quick appointments subsequently. Extremely pleasant staff too!

Don't answer the phone Always pretending to be overworked Always want more money to do less work
